Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following situations:
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered and you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund.
- Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged and a replacement is not available, you are eligible for a full refund.
Please note: Refunds are not available for any other reasons, such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at Support@houseofshop.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Once your refund request is approved, the process will be initiated immediately.
- Refunds will be issued via the same method you used for payment (i.e., Cash on Delivery), and a representative will coordinate the return of your payment.
Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are delivered correctly and undamaged are not eligible for refunds.
